Hi and welcome. You've come to the right place.

What are your goals? What is your fitness level? Have you worked out regularly before, and if so how? Tell us a bit about yourself.

Well thanks for the welcome and I realize I screwed up the intro. Anyway I am 50 and have been doing bodyweight workouts and alittle with dumbells etc for some years. I have found that I gained all the weight I lost in the past back over the past year and am not happy. I weigh 200 and 6'. Belly is 36" plus  I need help with some new routines. I have been a fan of Ross training etc workouts.
Thanks

Ross has good stuff, especially with high intensity training.
I take it your major goal is fat loss?

Yes gotta drop the belly and keep what I have and get stronger. I like doing full body workouts the best as it fits in with my schedule better.
I also have a desk job so I spend alot of time staring at the computer,

Give us a little more info on your goals and what you would like to achieve. Lets us know what you are currently doing. Maybe we can offer words of advice. Also if you work at a desk job you can always try to do a quick set of push ups, dips on the chair. Just stand up and move and do some bodyweight squats. Don't stay in the chair all day. At lunch go to the park and do some quick workouts nothing crazy just get the body used to working with itself. It is totally different than working with weights.

Goals lol drop the excess weight and get in better shape and condition. I usually do 30-45 mins five days a week at 4am of a mix of Routines from Never Gymless, Infinite Intensity and other stuff I make up. I'm just needing new things. As far as dropping and doing PU's and squats lol, that would create a stir. I try and take a walk around in the hanger and office but not enough. Whats a lunch break or break for that matter. I usually do 8.5hrs straight then drive a hour home.

What time do you need to go to work and come back? Is there time in the afternoon? Unless you're a real early bird workouts at 4 probably aren't best either.

Some light stretching, maybe breathing exercises and isometrics sometime during the day would help too.

A good idea would be to start a workout log, that way you can stay motivated, we can see what you're doing and offer advice.
