Hey just wondering if anyone ever tried Air Alert the jumping program. I do a lot of body weight exercise but i felt i was lacking in my legs. So I downloaded the torrent the instructional dvd. I'm just wondering if anyone ever tried it or knows anything about it.

First I've heard of it, but I just took a look at it (http://www.austinhoops.org/files/Air_Alert_III.pdf) and it does seem to incorporate great exercises for gaining explosive power in the legs (great for jumping, kicking, running, etc...) but I wouldn't follow the schedule verbatim, especially if I was engaged in other forms of training.

Feel it out and see what your body can handle. Start slow and build from there.

I agree. People tend to want to do plyometric work at WAY to high volume. Instead of sets of 20, start with sets of no more than 5. Work up slowly.
