Hi

Any ideas to improve stamina.

I'm looking for workouts, circuit training, core training, methods and etc.

I do the usual jogging-running but struggle with that too.

burpees is theanswer, but you can try jump rope also. Circuit training gives good results not to mention the tabatha method. try this well known circuit 5 pull ups 10 press ups 15 squat for example as much as you can in any given time.

Google HIIT (high intensity interval training) and then apply the principles you learn there.

ever since i moved back to the city, i been training in a garage whose open door leads to a back alleyway, so ive been practicing explosive conditoning.
I do 3 sets(circuits) of sprints, burpees, high jumps(I reach for the rafters in the top of the garage), calve high jumps(jump as high as i can from standing position, without crouching) one legged squats and long jumps.

all of these done as fast as possible are pretty taxing. But despite the fact im winded, im still attaining a goal of strength and speed, that is raw power. Its kinda like training for football I guess, but im still taxing my lungs because of the maximal recruitment of the muscles, and the air im struggling to get as fast as possible.

You should see the tar i was coughing up after integrating this. Went form black, to green, to light brown, and now i don't hack tar anymore.

It's a good thing you started doing it, then. Sounds like alot of fun! Calf jumps, eh? I think I might have to start doing some of these. Do you land and then jump again after a pause, or do you jump immediately to take advantage of the tension built up in the muscle for explosiveness??
