My Name is Nils and I am from the beautiful city of Hannover/Germany. My aims are to build up a proper body without visiting a gym or using any wheights (maybe except of dumbbells for my biceps training), getting stronger, better in such stuf as pull-ups and dips (hate these exercises) and better in parkouring (luv this shit^^). I hope that you can help me to fullfill my aims.

Hey there and welcome. It is certainly possible to 'build a better body' using only bodyweight exercises, look at the photo gallery for proof.
For parkour, there is a parkour section of the forum.
Also look at the articles section, the 20 level challenge, and some members' workout logs for ideas. Maybe start your own so we can give advice.

The 20 level challenge....
Is every part of the challenge a workout for a few days? If i am right, why are they so dammn short? Shall i practice every part more than 1 times a day?

I believe it's more of just a measuring tool to see how good you are-

Although you can use them as workouts if you want. Just make sure they're balanced routines.

Welcome to the forum. You can certainly get a lot done with bodyweight exercises. Just remember work hard, work often and maintain form. I think you will start to learn a lot from this forum. Listen to your body it will tell you when enough is enough. Like yesterday I did pull ups, handstand push ups and sprints and dips. Today I did it again in the park as I had so much fun the day before. You make it fun and interesting and you will get more out of it. I got really tired of going into the gym and pushing the same weights and never really getting anything out of it.
