Hello everyone,
just a simple strange question:
could anyone suggest a way to train general back without a bar or a place where to pick?

I work everyday abroad and live in hotels, so I don't know parks and I don't have any equipment!

Thank you

You could train doing Door pullups or doorhandles rows... or get a broomstick between chairs and do horizontal rows... but don't expect anything like real pull-ups...

Do you have a car? buy a chinup bar that folds into the frame without any damage and keep it in the trunk. Or grab a rope and use it to throw around tree branches and stuff. Its so hard to miss a pulling workout sometimes, you go to failure so fast, so if your afraid of making an ass out of yourself doing chinups from a treebranch in public...

Hindu pushups work the back somewhat. Not much though.

You could buy the surgical tubing bands and anchor them in a closed door. Then do pulldowns with them. My father did this when he traveled. While not as a good as a pull up, it's better than nothing.

Pike shrugs, superman, wall walks, one-legged supine bridges, body weight single-leg deadlift(prison shower defense), chair rows(just an idea - get under a regular four legged chair, place your hands on the sides, keep the body straight and tight and proceed to pull yourself up, be careful -- who knows whats under chairs these days. To emphasize grip or if the chair is a bit tall use a towel lengthwise across the top to hold onto.

This thing rock's!!! It was part of the Apollo Space Program. It can replicate between a few onces all the way up to 600+lbs. of resistance. It has an anchor that goes over any door. You can train upper and lower body no problem with it. It does not use rbber band or springs. It use's an alluminum block that is highly polished and the rope winds around it inside. The more you twist it the more windings the more resistance. It is isotonic so it seldom makes you sore. The workout material that comes with it sucks but the company called Isorobic has basicly the same product for a lot more their material is preety good. I toss mine in my glove box if driveing and take it as carry on if flying and TSA never hassle me. If you manage to wear the rope out you just put new rope in it and you are good to go. These things last forever I have on that is new and one that is from the 1970's.
