Hi everyone. My name is Freddie and I am trying to get back into shape. I am 26 yrs old, 6 ft, 310#. I have worked out on/off over the last 10-11 yrs of my life starting with high school football. I have had the chance over the last couple of weeks to browse this forum (after my activation email finally came :grin:) and have really liked the info so far and started using some today. I have always been intrigued with the bodyweight workouts and have tried a few in the past. They can really give you a workout!
I really have 2 main goals in my training. 1. Lose weight and get healthier overall. 2. I am wanting to join my local police dept and definitely have some work to do to pass the PT test :shock:. I started my first bodyweight workout today but have been running on/off for the last couple of months. I will post my workout log later today in the correct forum. I'm definitely glad I found this forum!
