My name is Bruce, I am 43 and preparing to enter Army JAG training, actually it is not the JAG training that has me on the site but officer leadership school that will follow. While I am in relatively ok shape, I can do 60 push ups and sit ups in two minutes and run 1.5 miles in under 14 minutes, those results are based on me training for specific one day tests. I am concerned about being in shape for a 12 weeks of physical training that follows on.
So my goals right now are to be able to double my current push up/crunch out put, increase my endurance to do 1 hour of cardio a session 4 days a week and complete 10 dead hang pull ups.
My biggest problem in the past, as with most is maintaining motivation longer than 4 weeks.
