Hello,
I've been looking for a good site that focuses on body weight exercises and was glad to find this! I'm in good shape as is but I've fallen into a bit of a slump and am looking for ways to get out of it! I also start back at university in a few weeks, which means I can't work out as much as I have been and I don't want to lose my progress. Hopefully this will give me some good ideas to keep me motivated and cut down on time without loosing my results!
