Hi everyone. I'm officially joining in the BWC. Registered a few months back, started exercising and then winter hit... So now finally I'll be doing only BW exercise and following a decent diet.

But here are my goals:
To add 10cm to my thighs, upper arms. Add at least 5cm to my forearms and calves. Remove 20cm from my abs. Add some muscle on my chest and shoulders. Get my back strong.

Currently I'm 6' 208 lb with virtually no upper body muscle. Dang this sound like a sad story. but anyway... hi.

There was a member here Fratarian or something. He got into great shape with relatively high repetition exercises. He would do like hundreds of toe presses, squats, pushups, pull ups. He did not post here for a while, but maybe you want to message him. There was also a story about a guy named Muata (he was featured on TV) he lost a lot weight too, mostly with bodyweight.

His name was The Fruitarian One , or F1 for short. He posts occasionally over at Rosstraining, I don't think he comes here much lately.
