Hey just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Dustin a firefighter in North Carolina who has an agility test coming up and wants to build some real functional strength. A few years ago, I was doing some of Furey's workouts and them moved on to adapt my own but got lazy and have decided to start a new routine. I absolutely believe that bodyweight exercises are the best and safest of all routines. I've started the 20 level challenge this week, so far I'm split between level 2 and level 4 exercises. This site is a great resource. So I'll probably lurk for a while and learn from previous posts. Thanks!
