Hi, I am from Venezuela and I am 14 years old. I like to exercise and workout but I have never worked on a routine I just do sports. I am here to learn how to do bodyweight exercises and put them into practice and most of all to increase my muscle mass. I am 1.78 meters tall and 60 kilograms. I would like to get to know exercises for my upper body and my legs, if anyone can help me please..

Hey Guille50, Welcome to BWC!
BW exercises are a great choice on your part. In sports alot of things you will do rely on one limb at a time, so think about trying to progress to doing things like one arm pushups, one arm rows, one arm chinups as well as one legged squats, one legged deadlifts and pistols. Of course you can use the two armed versions of all these as your introduction and training to progress to the one arm variations later on.
It should be a fairly quick process for someone of your age. Browse the forum and maybe also check out Cathal's Workout Log (http://bodyweightculture.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8790) for some ideas.

Thanks for replying dave.cyco, right now i am just browsing and searching for a routine that I can do right now, becuase I am just starting I can't do one arm pushups or pull ups, so I'll guess that will come later. I checked out your log and its very good, thanks man.
