So a short introduction..
I'm 22 and from Sweden. Weighing 75 kg and and is 178 cm tall. Converted for your convenience it's 5' 10.1" foot and 165.3 lbs i think i got it right :P

I used to do parkour and have been doing MA a lot in the past. 2.5 years of aikido and 2.5 years of tae kwon do. Also I did some athletics when I was younger. Now I've been slacking of the last years or so and my urge to train has been getting stronger. Now i stumbled across this site a couple of days ago and from what I can tell so far it's exactly what I've been looking for for the past couple of years. So it gave me the final push i needed and killed my last couple of excuses (damn u guys :)). I want to get back into MA and parkour and this is exactly what I need to get back in to shape. So IŽve started training yesterday. Did some calisthenics and went for a run and is currently trying to set up a training program suited for me and my goals of getting better stronger faster... :P IŽll get back with what I've come up with to get some tips of improvements later. Still need to do a bit more re coon. Also plz bear with my English since I'm not a native ;)
And also thx for a really great site just wish i found it earlier!

Peace out

Hiya mate. Your English is very good, you have no need to worry! :D

Have a look at the Parkour and Combat Arts forum for more info .. There are many parkour experts here on the site so I'm sure you'll receive plenty of help!

Finally ,welcome to BWC!

Thx Tim ftw :P

I've already been checking out the parkour part of the forum and yeah seems like there is a lot of good traceurs here. This is a perfect forum if you wanna train for parkour so it's only natural i guess... Haven't looked into the combat arts yet but I'm getting there :P Mostly been reading about which excercises to start with feels crap to start from the beginning since i was doing one hand and handstand pushups and such pretty easy before but my lazyness fucked that up :P

Anyways thx for the welcome

Oh sry didn't mean to offend anyone... People in my surroundings aren't very religious so I'm used to being able to joke about that stuff... And I'm not a satanist I don't believe in neither Satan nor God. Not really an atheist but i guess this discussion belongs to another forum maybe :P
