Hi everyone. My name is Michael, I´m 22 years old, 6'1" 154. I never did much sport, and sometimes I´m amazed how things change. My objective is unilateral training. Having spent some months doing a more "high repetition" approach, i decided to start working on my weak points. Due to a problem in my back, when I was a kid, my left side is weaker and smaller (less volume, less meat :p). Already checked with the doc, and he give me clearance to train. So I´m trying to gather as much information as I can about it, with bodyweight and weights. I understand that I´l have to estimulate some hypertrophy, but I care more about strenght, not size.
This site seems to be a a great source of bodyweight routines, Í have already checked some cool articles. Oh yes, i´ve ordered the Power of One by Paul Zaichik, I´m waiting for the book 8).
