Hi folks. I'm an Ohioan in my late thirties. 5' 9" 165. I've been doing bodyweight exercises for about a year. I used to rock climb avidly years ago, but life took over. I do tkd now (about 2 years) and enjoy family life. My goal is continue improving my strength and endurance for tkd and for my health in general. I'd like my son to have a dad he can play hard with, even after he leaves the nest. This looks like an interesting site, so I'd thought I'd join in and add to the mix of ideas.
