Got a question.

On Mondays I do upper bod and then Run in the afternoon, HIIT.
Today I am just wipped out and am feeling all kinds of tired. This set in after my Upper bod routine and lunch. Im still running around the clinc, havent sat down for more than a few min with patients and all.
But I am just TIRED. So do I push it tonight and do My HIIT, or do I call it a wash, Go home and take a nap or early to bed?

I ask because I dont want to wimp out on my routine, but I dont want to screw things up either.
Any suggestions?

hey. If you're COMPLETELY out of it, then just take the time off unless you know you can give the exercise 100%.

Are you new to working out? If so, your body will hopefully soon adjust.

Unless you're training for a competition of some sort, then just take the night off. Consistent efforts will show more than a few nights of mayhem.

the answers to these questions should give us a better idea of your situation
what did you do yesterday?

are you new to thid training regime or have you been regularly doing it?

have you taken in sufficient calories after your upper body session?

If I am not in the mood, I still usually try. If I do not get in the groove, I quit.

Yes this is new for me, I am on my 2nd week of a intensified routine. So I think it could be an adjusting period.
I think I took in enough calories.
2 smll slices veggie pizza,
1 small salad, with nuts meat, rasins and apple
1/2 cup yorgurt with 1/2 cup granola,
a 1/2 cup pom apple sauce.
5 pretzles (regular size, not the minnies)
lots o watter.

Im not new to working out per se, Im just new to this level of routien.

and what I did yesterday was rest. Sundays my catch up on sleep and relax day.

its probably just your body not used to this level of intensity. stick it out and in a few weeks you will be doing it no problem
