So my wife works out with me, and since last 2-3 days, she has been getting "dizziness attacks" of brief seconds .. I know that she drinks enough water.
May be not enough sugar .. ? Any thoughts ? I will try to count the nutrition content that she eats over next few days .. Last 2-3 days she has been doing slightly more physical work than her usual routine too ..

Hope I'm not being too bold here, as no crudety is intended, but could it be possibly that it is that time of the month. Was thinking that may have some effect.

Nope
My thought is lack of sugar, or not enough hydration, but just curious about some other opinions ..

Makes sense. Not sure how to test this theory. But. When I am smoked an orange really picks me back up. Seems to do what the gatorade commercials claim to do. Feels like it replenishes my entire body, and fast too. I know some people will get sick eating acidic food, or any food for that matter then attepting to workout. I guess I would try to get her dizzy then feed her an orange and see if it works. If so I would assume not enough sugars or potassium in her system. Just for the record I guess I am fortunate I can eat stuff that would make a dog puke. Ate 1/2 of a turkey hogie 2 weeks ago, then ran 3 miles 10 minutes later.

A banana is also excellent. Very high in potassium and sugars to get you going again.

So doesn't sound like anything serious ! Will keep an eye on her food and get her to push a bit xtreme ;)

Could be from not breathing properly. One of my friends fainted at the gym one time and had a concusion. From not breathing properly.
